Dear Valued Unit Owners and Residents,
We would like to inform you that after few months of undergoing refurbishment, testing and commissioning- our Passenger Elevator 1 is now safe and ready for its operation. However, limited operations will be applied from:
This is to ensure that our security feature particularly, CCTV installed in Passenger Elevator 1 is 100% functional. Rest assured that during the schedule of operation, one (1) Security Guard will be deployed to assist you on the operation of elevator and will resume its normal operation on December 17,2019.
Attached herewith is the Certification from our Service Contractor (IEEI) and Elevator Consultant (RBA) for your reference. 
Furthermore, refurbishment schedule for Passenger Elevator 2 and 3 will resume on the second week of January 2020 to give way for the holiday season.
