Subject         :           MAKATIZEN ECONOMIC RELIEF

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,

Please be informed that Makati City is giving Php 5,000 economic relief to all qualified Makati Citizens greatly affected by COVID-19.

 

Kindly note of the following guidelines:

 

Qualification:

1. All Makatizens 18 years old and above who lives in Makati City or those who were relocated in the areas of Laguna, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
2. Registered under:

• Makatizen Cardholder
• Yellow Cardholder under Makati Health Plus Program
• Registerd Makati City voter

 

Requirements:

1. Completely filled-out form (available at the Concierge)
2. Photocopy of a valid government issued I.D

 

Claiming of Economic relief:

1. Makatizen E-wallet
2. Cash withdrawal thru Gcash

 

Please be guided that as per Makatizen Economic relief guideline,monetary assistance must be used within 30 days upon receipt. For further details you may visit My Makati page thru your own Facebook accounts. Registration forms are available at your respective Concierge starting today. Kindly submit all requirements on or before 14 May 2020 at the Concierge.
