We understand that we are all under this challenging time, with this we are delighted to assist in collating all your concerns and escalate to your cable subscriber.

 

Please let us know should you encounter one of these:

 

1. Freezing or corrupted picture
2. Channels under subscription that say there is problem with your connection
3. Defective Digital Box or if it has not been checked for the past 3 months
4. Any type of connection problem

 

Kindly email your respective Concierge and provide the following information:

• Account Number
• Address
• Contact Details
• Nature of Concern
