Please be informed on the latest advisory of Sky Cable with regards to service connectivity, billing and payment inquiries, and general concerns.
Here are the options by which residents can reach Sky Cable so they can provide some assistance:
o mysky.com.ph/help – Troubleshooting guide for basic technical issues
o mysky.com.ph/myaccounts – Where customers can view and pay online for their bill
o mySKY app (Download via the App Store or Google Play) – Can be used by customers to access their SKY account, send us a message, know what’s airing and the latest product offers using their mobile devices
o Customers can also send messages on Sky’s social media accounts:
