Subject: TWO (2) DAY SITE COLLECTION FOR ANNUAL PROPERTY TAX 2020
This is to inform you on the following Two-day on-site collection for 2020 Real Estate Tax (RPT) Assessment. Details as follows:
DATE : December 12 & 13, 2019 (Thursday & Friday)
TIME : 9:00am to 4:00pm
PLACE : Manila Social Hall (located at the 5th Floor)
The assessed RPT by the City Treasurer of Makati is the discounted amount and shall be paid on or before January 20, 2020 to avail the 10% discount (For Annual Payment only). Quarterly payment however, may also be accommodated and is due every first twenty (20) days of the first month of every quarter.
Payment accepted for this transaction will be on Cash basis (please bring exact amount NO CHANGE will be given during this time) or Manager’s Check payable to CITY TREASURER OF MAKATI.
Also, as advised by the City Treasurer of Makati that same as last year (2019 Assessment) - they will no longer print out Billing Statement of your unit annual RPT. They also informed us that your last year assessment is the same as the current year. You can bring copy of your last year Assessment Receipt or your Tax Declaration Number for them to check your outstanding payable to their system. While your copy of the year 2018-unit RPT can be obtained at the administration office c/o Ms. Iza Camilon.
In the event that you are not available on December 12 & 13 for the on-site collection, you may directly pay at the Makati City Hall Realty Tax Division.
