Circular 19-204 Traffic Advisory Drill

Subject           :           TRAFFIC ADVISORY: ACEA BEEP DRILL 21 NOVEMBER 2019

 

Please be advised that Ayala Center Estate Association together with Barangay San Lorenzo will conduct a Building Earthquake and Evacuation Plan Drill on 21 November, Thursday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Below is the traffic scheme to be implemented during the drill to make way for the installation of Incident Command Post and rescue operations activities:

• Palm Drive both directions- from East Street to Station Road will be closed. ONE-WAY outbound from Station Road to EDSA Service Road. NO ENTRY at Palm Drive from EDSA Service Road;

• Palm Drive EDSA bound direction- from West Street to East Street will be closed. Opposite direction will be TWO-WAY for vehicles going to and from Glorietta and Holiday Inn. Likewise, vehicles going to SM can take West Street, or they may use Ayala Avenue via Courtyard Drive;

• NO THRU TRAFFIC to Ayala Avenue at East Street from Arnaiz Avenue. East Street from Palm Drive to Arnaiz Avenue will be TWO-WAY for vehicles going to and from the car park. Left turning from East Street to Arnaiz Avenue will be allowed;

• NO THRU TRAFFIC to Palm Drive at Park Square Road from Arnaiz Avenue. Vehicles along Arnaiz Avenue going to Glorietta and SM shall take West Street and turn right at Palm Drive (two-way)

Other areas remain passable to motorists. However, traffic inconveniences may occur during the evacuation activities from respective buildings to designated assembly areas located along the sidewalks of Ayala Avenue, Arnaiz Avenue, Makati Avenue and Paseo de Roxas.
