Please be advised that we are closing the garbage chute from May 24 to May 25, 2019 to give way to the schedule preventive maintenance of our Engineering and Maintenance team. Said work is to ensure that your building garbage chute compactors and chute stay in good repair and keep working efficiently.
In view of the foregoing, and in order to ease the burden of unit owners and residents in the disposal of your accumulated household wastes, the housekeeping staff will be implementing the in-house garbage collection system whereby they collect your waste from the garbage room on the following schedule:
After 9:00 pm onwards, all garbage room doors will no longer be accessible. Please make sure to keep your household garbage inside your unit and wait for 6:00 am the following day for the garbage room door schedule re-opening.

We would also like to appeal to our residents to please kindly make sure to securely wrap and seal your waste in a plastic (garbage) bags before leaving them inside the garbage room to avoid spill of foul odor leak on every floors.
