Subject : UPDATE ON ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE

We are pleased to inform you that we are still operating in full deployment in spite of the limitation of the enhanced community quarantine.
Our loyal service providers opted to leave their respective families behind and stay with us in these times of crisis to ensure the safety and protection of all the residents. Also, they are not sure if they can still report to work if they go home. So it is business as usual for them and for these we are very grateful.

The Board of Trustees decided to provide temporary board and lodging with three (3) meals per day for all those who have opted to stay. We used some of our common areas (Main social hall, Manila social hall, game room, dance studio and their respective barracks) as their sleeping quarters. All places are being sanitized at all times.
To optimize cost, a team does the marketing and another team does the cooking under the supervision of the Admin team.
We still do not know when this “new normal” situation will end. In this connection, we continue our appeal for support for our heroes who still need the following:
- Sleeping mats/ foams, blankets and pillows
- Canned goods, packed instant noodles, coffee and sugar
- Toiletries and laundry powder
- Reusable plates and utensils
- Clothes pin and hangers
