Subject         :           CLOSURE OF TRAG PODIUM

 

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,

As much as we would like to continue to open the Podium Area in the 5th Floor, we regret to inform you that yesterday, April 23, 2020, the Makati local government, with the intervention of the agents of the Philippine National Police has ordered TRAG to close the said area citing Executive Order No. 10 in the City of Makati on Strict Social Distancing to Control and Limit Exposure to COVID-19.

 

The Makati Local Government has received complaints with photos and videos of residents not practicing physical distancing in the 5th Floor Podium Area, despite several reminders from TRAG Security and Administration.

 

In this manner, we can no longer intervene and insist to open the 5th floor Podium, and must follow the directive from the Police to avoid further action therefrom and legal liability.

 

With this, the residents are requested and encouraged to stay inside their units and restrict movements in the property as stated in the Section 1 of the Executive Order, please see attached copy.
