Dear Unit Owners and Residents,

The health, safety and welfare of the community has always been our paramount priority. In view of the prevailing Enhanced Community Quarantine which took effect at 12:00AM on March 17, 2020, we would like to update our members on the measures we have been implementing to safeguard the best interest of all our residents during this health crisis.

Our deployment remains intact with a total of 51 security personnel, 32 housekeeping personnel, 4 Administration Staff and 14 Technicians on site who continue to provide the necessary services as our frontliners to ensure our property is operational and secure.

Thank you very much for your continuous outpour of support for our frontliners.

Our mitigation and control measures remain consistent as we do temperature screening, access control and regular sanitation at the lobby, amenity areas, common areas, hallways, elevators, and on surfaces that our residents may be in contact with.  These activities help prevent the risk of spread within our property. We urge your support and understanding on these programs as these are truly intended for your safety.

The Board has approved the extension of condominium dues payment deadline from 15 April 2020 to 30 April 2020.
