Subject         :           FLOODING INCIDENT: NON-OPERATIONAL ALL ELEVATORS

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,

Due to the flooding incident in the 28th floor, all elevators of the San Lorenzo Tower are currently non-operational.

Management is following due process and working to get the damaged elevators repaired as soon as possible with the assistance of the elevator manufacturer and APMC’s Technical Group. We shall provide everyone with timely updates until normal operations resume.

In the meantime, we ask for everyone’s patience and cooperation as we work to lessen the inconvenience this incident brings to the community.

Due to the unavailability of elevators:

1. We will deploy staff on every 5 floors to assist residents for any concerns.

2. We will ensure availability of resting chairs on every 5 floors should you wish to use the fire exit stairwells.

3. You may call our Security Officer at 0927-7004475 or by intercom for assistance on food and parcel deliveries.

4. With the assistance we are extending, we encourage everyone to just stay in their units and refrain from going down the fire exit stairwell.

Pardon the inconvenience this may cause and we hope for your kind understanding, patience and continued support.
