Dear Unit Owners/Residents,
In spite of the unavailability of Front Desk, we will still continue serving the community and still process water delivery transactions by ordering thru our Security Officer on duty. Please note that due to the limited manpower we will accept orders from 9am-4pm only.
  1. Order thru our Security Officer by intercom or mobile call – 0927.7004473
  2. Housekeeper will deliver the water in your respective unit
  3. Please prepare cash payment of Php 50 per bottle (by gallon) to be given to our Housekeeper
  4. Kindly ensure empty bottles are given in exchange of the refilled water
In addition our Service Elevator access card went down, since the elevator is parked at the ground floor for the time being we may have to operate the service elevator by priority and as necessary. You may call our Security Officer at 0927.7004473 or by intercom to have you assisted. Rest assured we will have it repaired once our third party contractor is available.
