Subject : HOME QUARANTINE PASS

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,
In line with the Nationwide Enhanced Community Quarantine, please be advised that HOME QUARANTINE PASS will be issued by Brgy. San Lorenzo starting today, March 23, 2020 (Monday).

Please note of the following guidelines:

1. The Quarantine Pass will be issued and monitored by the Security Officer on duty per tower.
2. The pass is only valid from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the date of issue.
3. Always bring the Quarantine Pass and a Valid ID when you go out of the premises.
4. Strictly one (1) person per unit per day may go out only to purchase basic necessities like food and medicine.
5. Health and emergency frontline workers will not be issued a Quarantine Pass anymore.
6. We highly dissuade issuing Quarantine Pass to minors, senior citizens, pregnant women, and people with pre existing respiratory concerns.
7. To properly observe social distancing, you may request in advance through e-mail or via your intercoms. The Quarantine Pass will be slipped under your unit’s doors.
