Subject         :           NEW FIT-OUT SCHEDULE OF ELEVATOR REFURBISHMENT

Dear Unit Owners and Residents,

In reference with the Circular No.19-118 Elevator Refurbishment, please be informed that EJ Metals – nominated contractor will be needing to extend the works due to some uncontrollable factors.

New schedule will be as follows:

ELEVATOR	WORK TIME LINE
Passenger Elevator (PE) 1	July 24 – Oct. 8, 2019
Passenger Elevator (PE) 2	Oct. 8 – Nov. 5, 2019
Passenger Elevator (PE) 3	Nov. 5 – Nov. 26, 2019

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. Rest assured that the administration is in coordination with the contractor on helping to achieved the given target of completion.

We hope that you will see this as temporary and for the greater good living in San Lorenzo Tower.
