Subject : HOUSEHOLD RELIEF GOODS FROM BRGY. SAN LORENZO
Dear Unit Owners/Residents,
Please be informed that Brgy. San Lorenzo issued an Advisory that they will be distributing relief goods to households in light of the public health crisis caused by COVID-19.
Kindly note of the following guidelines:
- Only household with bonafide residents occupying their units will receive the goods. Vacant units will not be counted in the distribution.
- Signing up may be done tomorrow until 4:00 pm of 4 May 2020 only. Late registrations may not be accommodated anymore.
- Registration sheets will be available tomorrow, 30 April 2020 in your respective Lobby Concierge, please approach the Security Officer on duty for assistance. Please be guided that only one representative may register per unit.
- For owners/residents unable to go at the Lobby, you may email your respective Concierge and provide the following details.
- Unit Number/Tower
- Owner / Resident’s Name
- Authorized representative to claim relief goods

In order to maintain social distancing, distribution of goods will be scheduled by the Baranggay, the resident or representative will be called in their unit and must proceed at the lobby for claiming. Please ensure to bring a valid I.D and ballpen for fast and efficient transaction.
