Subject            :           THE NECESSITY OF COLLECTION OF DUES AND UTILITIES

Dear Owners and Residents,

Amidst the challenging time, TRAGCC is exerting all effort to have and maintain Business as Usual. In order to serve the community better we have promoted some innovative ways to continue our transactions while promoting social distancing.

The charging and collection of condominium dues is absolutely necessary to defray the expenses or costs incurred for the operation and maintenance of The Residences at Greenbelt Condominium Corporation “TRAGCC”, the elevators, common areas and the other services provided by TRAGCC. A big portion of the condominium dues are allocated for the service fees of the security, housekeeping, maintenance and repairs, property management, utilities, and taxes and licenses insurance, ground maintenance, pest control, garbage fees, and supplies. We also face additional unbudgeted costs as a result of the current situation.

We appreciate your understanding as your effort to comply with the billing payment on time will also help our staffs to operate and for us to sustain the business continuity despite recent events brought about by the outbreak of COVID-19 and the City-wide lockdown.

In the circumstances, we are extending the due date for payment of dues from April 15, 2020 to April 30, 2020.

However, payments not made by the revised due date will be subject to interest and penalties.

Once again, we are asking for your understanding and support.

We wish for everyone’s safety and health.
