THE RESIDENCES AT GREENBELT
The Residences at Greenbelt is a residential skyscraper complex in Makati, Philippines.
The Residences at Greenbelt is located along Arnaiz Avenue (formerly known as Pasay Road), and the entire complex block is bounded by Paseo de Roxas, Greenbelt Drive and Esperanza Street. The complex was formerly the site of the old Coronado Lanes bowling center and parking lot. Being inside the Makati Central Business District, it is strategically located near malls, hotels, offices, schoos, and entertainment areas. As with its name, it is part of the Greenbelt Complex which is includes the Greenbelt Mall.
The project was developed by Ayala Land and is composed of three towers:
The Laguna Tower
This tower was the first of three buildings constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex. It is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the Philippines with a height of 170.75 meters from the ground to its architectural top.
The building has 48 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.
The Laguna Tower Project Team
Architecture International designed the Residences at Greenbelt – Laguna Tower in cooperation with local architectural firm & Partners Architects. Aromin & Sy + Associates provided structural design which was reviewed by international engineering works design. NBF Consulting Engineering and NBF Fire Protection System provided sanitary/plumbing engineering design and fire protection design, respectively.
Other members of the design team were Shen Milson & Wike Paoletti (Acoustics Consultant), Windtech Consultants (Wind Tunnel Consultants), Glover/Resnick & associates (Security Consultant), Roy Barry & Associates (Elevator Design Consultant); International Parking Design (Parking Design Consultant); ACL Asia (now E.A. Aurelio + ADI Ltd. Inc. – Landscape Design); ALT Cladding & Design Philippines (Exterior Cladding); Periquet Galicia Inc. (Space Planning Consultant); and Master Joseph Chau Kam Shing (Feng Shui Consultant).
The construction team is composed of Design Coordinates Inc. (Project/Construction Management); Rider Hunt Liacor Inc. (Quantity Surveying); and EEI Corporation (General Contractor).
The San Lorenzo Tower
This tower was the second of three buildings being constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and is the highest of the three. It was the 11th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila at the time of construction with a height of 204.5 meters from the ground to its architectural spire.
The building has 57 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and three basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.
The San Lorenzo Project Team
The Residences at Greenbelt – San Lorenzo was master planned and designed by Architecture International, in cooperation with local architectural firm GF & Partners Architects, which also provided the Space Planning consultancy services, Armoin & Sy + Associates provided structural design for the buildings which were reviewed by international engineering firm Skilling Ward Magnusson Berkshire.
R.J. Calpo & Partners designed the buildings mechanical engineering work. R.A. Mojica & Partners provided electrical engineering works design & security consultancy. NBF Consulting Engineers provided sanitary/plumbing engineering design and fire protection design.
Other members of the design team were E.A. Aurelio + ADI LTD. Inc. (Landscape design), ALT Cladding & Design Philippines (Exterior Cladding), C.T. Onglao Architects (San Lorenzo Tower Interior Design for common areas) and Master Charlie Chao (Feng Shui Consultant).

This tower was thrid of three building constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and has a similar dimension to The Residences at Greenbelt – Laguna Tower. It is one of the tallest skyscarapers in the Philippiness with a height of 170.75 meters from the ground to its architectural top.
