Subject: RETROFITTING OF PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE (PRV) AT 5th FLOOR
Please be advised that our contractor will do maintenance retrofitting works of the PRV at 5th floor on schedule below:

Please note that there will be water interruption during the scheduled maintenance and repair works from 5th floor to Basement 3 on the date above specified. May we also request that you refrain from using any faucet, shower, toilet or bidet during this time and urge everyone to make the necessary preparations and make sure to have enough stock or supply of water in your kitchen and bathroom during the said activity. Disturbing noise will also be experienced.
Upon resumption of the water supply, there is a big possibility that your tap water will appear to be light brown in color. We advise that you let the tap water to continuously flow until the discoloration disappears. In situation where you have no water supply by 5:00 pm after the anticipated work completion, please immediately inform your lobby Concierge for our Maintenance team be able to assist you as soon as possible.
