GUIDELINES:
1) Deadline for registration and payment is on 9 June 2019, Sunday at 5pm.
2) All participants should pre-register with the concierge and make the necessary payments on or before the deadline,as the vaccines will have to be ordered at least 1 week prior.
3) No walk-ins will be entertained on the day of the vaccination.
4) Payments will be accepted by the concierge staff until the set deadline.
5) Coupons will be issued upon receipt of payment, and the same should be presented on the day of the vaccination.
6) Should the resident fail to come on the vaccination date, no refund will be given.
7) Since the vaccines will be ordered in bulk, only 1 receipt is given for TRAGCC (The Residences at Greenbelt Condominium Corporation). No individual receipts will be given.
*Please note that the minimum number of 50 participants for the TRAG Complex should be met for this service to push through. In the event that we are unable to meet the minimum number required, we will issue a refund.
