Please be advised that we will temporarily close the building garbage chute beginning 17 June to 22 June 2019 until the problem on the “water leak” has been solved.
As a temporary remedial and in order to ease the burden of residents in the disposal of daily accumulated garbage from your residential units, Your Property Management provided additional service, through the implementation of the in- house garbage collection system whereby the building’s janitorial staff collects the waste at the garbage room of every floor with the following schedule:
Opening Time – 5:00 am
10:00 am
1:00 pm
6:00 pm
Closing Time – 9:00 pm
Please make sure that your garbage is place in securely wrapped plastic bags inside the garbage room to avoid emitting foul odor which not only cause extreme inconvenience to other residents but will expose them to health hazards.
We enjoin everyone to fully cooperate and observe proper housekeeping and sanitation.
