As part of KONE Elevator security and safety program, your tower Service Elevator motor bearing needs to be replaced
Please find below schedule of work and expected shutdown as provided by KONE:

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we are requesting our unit owners and residents to please kindly allow our service contractors to temporarily use Passenger Elevator 3 (PE3) besides Service Elevator for a week while the work is on-going.
