Date             :         06 June 2019

To                :         ALL UNIT OWNERS AND RESIDENTS

Because of a recent misunderstanding among certain unit owners regarding access to their units to address their water leak problems, the BOT has come up with circular no.  19-098 on Protocols to Address Water Leak Problems.

Protocols
 1 Any leaks detected inside and/or outside the units is considered an emergency case and should be reported immediately to Concierge or Admin office;
 2 Admin/Engineering should automatically shut off the water supply valve of the affected units and will remain so until problem is resolved;
 3 The Concierge and/or the Admin office should inform the affected unit owner/resident after shutting off the water supply valve;
 4 Affected unit owners should give access to their units to TRAG Admin/Maintenance and Engineering ASAP for immediate resolution of water leaks.  For vacant units please refer to Circular No. 18-154 “Safekeeping of unit keys and emergency access to units”;
 5 Failure to provide ACCESS would mean a daily penalty of Php2,000.00/day a day after notification by phone call or e-mail;

It is important to note that the affected unit shall be the responsibility of the unit that caused the damage.
