To : ALL RESIDENTS
1. TRAG unit owners, residents and their guests can use all TRAG elevators at all times (Passenger Elevator #1, #2, #3 and the Service Elevator).
2. TRAG management and staff, maintenance, housekeeping and security personnel can use all elevators so as not to delay service requests and other work related activities, provided however they are in proper uniform and not carrying bulky tools (including ladders).
3. Household staff/drivers with access cards can use all elevators.
4. Household staff/drivers without access cards should only use the Service Elevator, unless accompanied by the owner/resident.
5. All service providers (construction workers, repairmen, catering and sound system, etc.), delivery personnel (furniture and appliances, food and merchandise, etc.), are required to use only the service elevator.
Penalties for violations are as follows:

| 3rd Offense | Six Thousand Pesos (Php6,000) |
| 4th and Succeeding Offenses | Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000) |
