Dear San Lorenzo Unit Owners and Residents,
We would like to inform you that the interior of Passenger Elevator Cars will undergo major refurbishment in order to maintain and enhance its value. This refurbishment project will start on July 24, 2019 and is expected to be finished by October 24, 2019.
Each Passenger Elevator will be out of operation for a month to give way on the said project. With this, we are asking for your utmost patience and understanding as we continue to maintain the premier status of our property.
