NOTICE OF NON-HOLDING OF

ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

            Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Membership Meeting (AGMM) of The Residences at Greenbelt Condominium Corporation (the “Corporation”) set, as per by-laws, on 4^th Saturday of January has been cancelled and deferred by the Board of Trustees pursuant to a unanimously passed Board Resolution during the Board of Trustees Meeting held on 22 January 2020 considering the proxy collection drive and the recent scheduling/holding of the last AGMM only on last 03 April 2019.

            Considering the foregoing, the Board has decided to re-schedule the date of the AGMM to 22 April 2020, Wednesday .Please be guided accordingly.
