Subject         :           NEW HOME QUARANTINE PASS

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,

In line with the Nationwide Enhanced Community Quarantine, please be advised that Brgy. San Lorenzo issued a new Quarantine Pass that will replace the old system.

Please note of the following guidelines:

1. The Quarantine Pass will be issued starting Tuesday, 14 April 2020 at the concierge table and will be monitored by the Security Officer per tower.
2. The pass is valid until 30 April 2020.
3. Always bring the Quarantine Pass and a Valid ID when you go out of the premises.
4. Strictly one (1) quarantine pass will be issued per unit.
5. Only one person (together with a driver) may go out to purchase basic necessities like food and medicine, make an atm withdrawal or bank transactions.
6. We highly dissuade issuing Quarantine Pass to minors, senior citizens, pregnant women, and people with pre-existing respiratory concerns.
7. Please handle the Quarantine Pass with care as we may not be able to replace it immediately.
8. You may call your tower’s concierge should you wish to deliver the Quarantine Pass to your unit by sliping it under your door.
