Subject : ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS
Dear Unit Owners/Residents,
To ensure compliance with social distancing as well as the safety of the staffs and the community owners/ residents, we encourage everyone to process your payment using either of the following modes of transaction.
ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS
FOR CASH/CHECK PAYMENT:
- We are providing specially designed envelopes to facilitate these modes of payment. Please collect an envelope from the concierge desk of your own Tower
- Kindly complete the details requested on the front of the envelope in the spaces provided. These include your name, Tower, Unit Number and purpose of payment
- Please seal your cash or payments in the envelopes provided. Please ensure that all checks are crossed and made payable to “TRAGCC”
- Deposit your sealed envelopes in the secure vault located in the lobby of Manila Tower (Concierge)
- Scanned copy of Receipts (Official receipt or acknowledgement receipt) will be sent via email. The original copy may be requested at Admin Office after the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine
- Alternatively, we can offer to drop the original copy in their mailbox if requested
FOR ONLINE PAYMENT: Online bank payment using the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) check-free payment facility.
