Subject         :           TRAG COVID SURVEY

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,

The reality of condominium living with shared facilities and tight spaces amid the COVID 19 pandemic now poses a threat to the personal comfort and safety of all the residents.  However, despite the limitations, TRAGCC has put in place protocols to minimize risks which impact our complex and residents.

We need the cooperation and support of all the residents in TRAG now more than ever.  TRAG is our HOME and we should always have this feeling of reassurance that we are safe here.

If you or any of the member of your unit has one or more of the following symptoms, please seek immediate medical assistance, and, if possible, quarantine the patient:

  • Fever (38 degree Celsius and up)
  • Subjective Fever
  • Chills
  • Muscles aches
  • Runny Nose
  • Sore Throat
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Headache
  • Abdominal pain
  • Diarrhea

Please call COVID Hotline numbers 168 or 8236-5790 should you experience any symptoms of COVID-19. Do not go out of your residence/ unit and observe strict social distancing within the unit.

Please also do not hesitate to inform the Admin Office if you have any concern or thoughts about the likelihood of a COVID 19 case in your unit.  Our staff will assist you in every way we can and implement the proper procedures to prevent the spread of infection among the other members of your household and the residents in the TRAG Complex as well.  Please be assured that we will treat and handle such disclosure with confidentiality.
