Subject : CONCIERGE LIMITED SERVICE
Dear Unit Owners/Residents,
Due to the circumstances brought about by the government’s Enhanced Community Quarantine, our Concierge opted not to report for work. Rest assured that their absence will be complemented by our security guards who will man their posts in their absence. We are asking for everyone’s cooperation and full support.

Due to the unavailability of Concierge at the desk, our Security Guard on duty will answer intercom calls as well as mobile inquiries. Should you need further assistance you may call our Property Managers.

Strictly all deliveries must be claimed at GATE 1 and Lobby.

Water Refill delivery must be coursed thru your preferred water refilling station, applicable to all towers – Manila, San Lorenzo and Laguna.

Storing of parcel at the Concierge may not be accommodated until further notice, should you have any pending parcel for claiming please contact your Property Manager for release.

Due to limited Maintenance manpower, our team will filter request and accommodate emergency conditions only
Once again we ask for everyone’s support and cooperation as we try to execute all measures to keep our community safe and secured.
