ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE CIRCULAR TO TRAG OWNERS AND RESIDENTS

In yesterday’s public address, President Rodrigo Duterte declared a Luzon-wide “Enhanced Community Quarantine”, in the government’s bid to contain the spread of the coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). With this in view, we wish to inform our members that there will be adjustments in our property operations in order to ensure the equitable management of our community’s state of affairs:
  1. All service requests shall be suspended temporarily following the considerable down-size in manpower deployment in the property. We will operate at bare minimum manpower/skeletal force in the areas of security, maintenance and housekeeping.
  1. The administration office will continue to operate and accommodate general inquiries from the community. We request however, that communications be limited to electronic platforms such as calls, SMS, email and the like, in keeping with the guidelines of social distancing.
  1. Vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress to the property shall be restricted to Gate 1 only. Guests and/or visitors shall be disallowed from entering the property for the time being and until further notice.
  1. We encourage all residents to stay within your units and leave only out of necessity.
  1. Garbage chute operations will only be available from 6 AM to 9AM and 6 PM to 8 PM.
  1. We have created and activated the Covid-19 Crisis Committee of residents to help in the continued operation of our community. We are in need of volunteer residents to oversee property security, fire safety, food support requirements for our skeletal force and communications/updates to the community. Please let us know should you be willing to join the team of volunteers for our property.
You may also get in touch with our security office through their emergency number at 0917.329.9185 or for any emergency or medical assistance needed, you may call the APMC Hotline at 0917.101.1111.
We ask for your prayers, support and understanding as we work together in unison to overcome this situation.
TERESITA TAN PEREZ
Board President
