Subject            :           ENHANCED SAFETY MEASURE

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,

In light with the implementation of community enhanced quarantine, please be informed that we will enforce an enhanced safety measure which will be monitored and executed by our security team.

Only Gate 1 (beside 7 Eleven) will be open both for residents and delivery as point of entrance and exit. Gate 2,3,4,5 and all loading docks, including Driver’s Lounge will be closed until further notice.

We also would like to remind to strictly follow safe distance in the elevator, please refer to figure below.

Once again we ask for everyone’s support as we try to execute all measures to keep our community safe and secured.
