Dear Valued Unit Owners and Residents,
In reference with the Circular No.19-178 New Fit-Out Schedule of Elevator Refurbishment, our commitment date for the uptime of Passenger Elevator 1 was October 8, 2019. With all the challenges we faced on the previous months, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that the elevator operations had brought to the San Lorenzo residents and as well as from its setback.
Our team had been working and expediting the works to ensure the earliest possible date to operate the passenger elevator. The delay from the timeline was caused by several issues we had encountered during the process of refurbishment;
  1. Design
  2. Logistics of onyx stone from India
  3. Testing (load and balancing tests) and commissioning that had to be consulted to elevator experts (RBA & APMC Management)
We recently conducted the necessary and crucial procedures to address the safety and functionality of the Passenger Elevator 1 and expected to close out remaining concerns such as the interior and elevator load and balance test in three weeks in time.
Thus, we wish to inform you that we are expecting the passenger elevator 1 to be operational on or before December 7, 2019.
Moreover, refurbishment schedule for Passenger Elevator 2 and 3 is postponed and expected to resume on the second week of January 2020 to give way for the holiday season.
