Subject : REMINDERS ON THROWING OF CIGARETTE BUTTS
As we still continue to receive complaints from residents regarding litter/garbage thrown out the windows/balconies, specifically cigarette butts.
Kindly be reminded that throwing of cigarette butts, ashes & cigarette boxes out the window or the balconies are a fire hazard & not allowed. Also, throwing litter/garbage items may prove to be destructive to property and cause serious incident, if continued.
We enjoin everyone to keep our environment clean by not throwing anything outside the windows/balconies or to use an ashtray and ensure that your cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
Please take a moment to review our other rules and regulations with regards to maintaining the cleanliness and healthy environment of TRAG, owners/residents are not allowed to do the following:

Shake off dust brooms, rugs, or any other cleaning implements in the roof decks, hallways and other visible common areas, or outside the windows of the unit.

Place personal garbage containers in any part of TRAG’s common areas.

Dispose of, throw or allow to be thrown any material, item or substance from any window, door, balcony or common area such as cigarette butts, food wrappers, etc.

Burn trash anywhere within the building complex.
Below is the escalation of penalties as provided in the TRAG House Rules and Regulations.
