Subject           :           INDIVIDUAL CONDOMINIUM UNIT INSURANCE POLICY

In relation to the incident transpired last November 2,2019 involving fire incident in one of the units in our community. We are encouraging our valued unit owners to secure a condominium unit insurance for your items/contents. This is apart from the insurance we are collecting for the common areas of our building.

Condominium insurance covers damage within the unit, such as interior walls and floors, and also includes personal property of unit owners, items like appliances and furniture. This is to provide protection on your personal belongings in occurrence of unfortunate events within the unit.

We really value the interest of our unit owners and residents. Thus, an utmost reminder is provided.
