Subject         :           AMENDMENTS: NO SMOKING POLICY  

 

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,

 

In compliance of TRAGCC to the mandated EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 26 and promoting a smoke free and healthy environment building the following rules are being amended:

 

  1. Smoking on all common areas including elevators, lobbies, hallways, and parking areas are strictly prohibited.
  2. Use of controlled substances, tobacco, and vape are as well as prohibited in TRAG premises.

III.            Resident/unit owner will be liable for smoke stench that emanates on the hallway once proven and reported by the security and neighbor.

  1.  With the consent of the TRAGCC Board, TRAG administration is authorized and empowered after due notice of the repeated offenses, or earlier, if the unit has been subject of any serious written/verbal complaint from two (2) or more residents  to compel the unit owner/resident or if TRAG Administration and/or TRAGCC BOT determines it to be a nuisance or danger to the community, especially to young children.

 

Penalties for violations are as follows:

 

  Penalty
1st Offense Three Thousand Pesos (Php3,000.00)
2nd Offense Six Thousand Pesos (P6,000.00)
For every repeated offense Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php12,000.00)

 

*penalties shall be billed automatically to the unit owner/resident.

In this regard, kindly be reminded that registered unit owner is ultimately responsible to TRAGCC for penalties following acts or actions which violate the House Rules and Regulations by themselves or their tenant, household members (drivers, maid, including family and staff), guests and visitors.

 

These House Rules and Regulations were created to govern and regulate the use, occupancy and enjoyment of individual units and the facilities and common areas of the TRAG complex, pursuant to the Master Deed with Declaration of Restrictions of TRAG.
