Subject : TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF LAGUNA RAMP GATE 5
Dear Unit Owners/Residents,
Please be informed that Laguna Tower ramp Gate 5 will be temporarily closed starting tomorrow, 30 August 2019 to 27 September 2019 to start the next phase of the ongoing 2nd floor resealing and repainting.
We apologize for the inconvenience over the short term; but we hope you will see this as temporary and later will be for the greater benefit of the unit owners/residents of The Residences at Greenbelt Condominium Corporation (TRAGCC).
We will be placing a proper way signage for traffic re-routing for the convenience of everyone.
