                                    House Rules and Regulations Reminder

Please be reminded that in our TRAGC House Rules and Regulations, stated therein under Section E. Traffic Rules, Parking Rules & Security Matters says that;

  1. TRAFFIC RULES:  Owners/residents, and their drivers and guests shall observe the following traffic rules and regulations while on TRAG’s premises:

1.1  Only individuals who have a valid driver’s license shall be allowed to drive with in TRAG’s premises.

1.2  Drivers operating vehicles within TRAG shall observe the maximum speed limit of 10KPH.

1.3  Overtaking is prohibited.

1.4  Drivers shall use the correct lane, give way to pedestrian, and prevent indiscriminate blowing of car horns.

1.5   Drivers should not park their vehicles in the driveways or rotundas and shall not prevent ready access to any entrance, exit or parking space by other vehicles.  While parked, engines must be switched off to minimize pollution.

1.6  Practice driving is not allowed.

 

Rules regarding parking and security matters shall remain the same and in effect.  With this, monetary sanctions will be imposed and will be reflected in your next quarterly billing once violations are made.

 

 

Below is the escalation of penalties as provided in the TRAG House Rules and Regulations.

Penalty

1st Offense

One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00)

2nd Offense

Three Thousand Pesos (Php3,000.00)

3rd Offense

Six Thousand Pesos (Php6,000.00)

4th and Succeeding Offense

Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00)

 These House Rules and Regulations were created to govern and regulate the use, occupancy and enjoyment of individual units and the facilities and common areas of the TRAG complex, pursuant to the Master Deed with Declaration of Restrictions of TRAG.
