Subject         :           AMENDMENTS: ADULT & CHILDREN POOL GUIDELINES  

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,

Due to overcrowding, abuse of the use of the swimming pool, TRAGCC Board of Trustees approved the following revisions of pool guidelines:

1. A unit owner/resident may be allowed to bring a maximum of four (4) guests to use the swimming pool. However, only two (2) guests may be allowed to swim for FREE while the two (2) guests will have to pay Php 1,000 each. In all instances, the unit owner must be present with their guests while in the pool.

2. Guests are NOT allowed during weekends and holidays.

Penalties for violations are as follows:

	Penalty
1st Offense	One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00)
For every repeated offense	Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00)

               *penalties shall be billed automatically to the unit owner/resident.
