Circular No.19-075-Unit Inspection

Dear Unit Owners and Residents,

Annual fire and safety inspections of the residential units are performed to assess and mitigate potential fire- and life-safety hazards in buildings and validate corrective actions to be done especially for any fault signs or damage to your unit fire safety equipment.  Making reference to this, we will be conducting an annual fire safety checklist and inspection of all residential units starting May 15, 2019 –  Areas and items to be checked  includes; fire extinguishers to ensure that  they are in proper working condition, LPG leak detector test,  panel board load directory, electrical wirings and sprinkler heads.

These thorough inspections will work step-by-step simultaneously with your scheduled FDAS testing and your pest control unit treatment.  Said schedule of inspection applies to all units, whether occupied or not.  All non-residents unit owners must register with the administration the name and contact details of their local representative who is responsible for providing the necessary access to their units for these essential fire safety measures to be carried out.

We expect  unit owners and residents cooperation  bearing in mind that  your fire extinguishers inside your unit is often the best method of fire protections that can prevent a fire from growing.

Please schedule your unit for inspection thru your lobby concierge.
